History
The Center was initiated with funding from across the University and a significant contribution from the University Cancer Research fund (created by the State Legislature). This initial funding and the facilities devoted to the Center, combined with ongoing ESOP & UCRF support and NIH grants and contract awards, have enabled:
Recruitment of:
- Medicinal/synthetic Chemists
- Chromatin Biology
- Lead Discovery and Characterization
- Computational Biophysics and Molecular Design
